Meisam Dabiri Havigh

Meisam obtained his master degree in Chemical and Materials engineering in 2020 from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) and Universit´e Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). During his master thesis in SURF, he worked on the application of aluminum as bipolar plate materials in PEM fuel cells.  Since October 2020, he has been working as a PhD in SURF on the development of operando Odd Random Phase Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (ORP-EIS) for in-situ monitoring of electrochemical processes. His PhD aims to develop and validate the operando ORP-EIS technique for two challenging electrochemical processes i.e. the monitoring of the state of health of Lithium-ion-Batteries and the monitoring of the anodizing process.
