Luciane Sopchenski Santos

Luciane joined SURF in October 2021 with a background that includes a Bachelor's degree in Physics and a master's and a Ph.D. in Materials Science. She has a multidisciplinary research experience on electrochemical surface modifications of light alloys for the biomedical and aerospace industries. Currently, she is a SURF postdoctoral researcher on a VLAIO project between VUB and Arteco, investigating corrosion inhibitors for coolants systems.
