Leonardo Bertolucci Coelho

Leonardo is a current FNRS postdoctoral researcher at ChemSIN (Université Libre de Bruxelles, Belgium), studying Machine Learning/Data Science applied to corrosion/local electrochemistry. He obtained his PhD degree in Engineering Sciences and Technology from the Université of Mons in 2018. He has research experience in materials and Surface Engineering, emphasising corrosion and corrosion protection (inhibitors, coatings) for transport applications (Aeronautics, Automotive). Voluntary Scientific Collaborator of SURF and the Department of Materials Science at UMons. Board member of the Young EFC (European Federation of Corrosion) since Jan 2020.
