Gulsen Nazerian

Gulsen Nazerian obtained her master’s degree in chemical and materials engineering from Vrije Universiteit Brussel. She started her PhD in the Physical Chemistry and Polymer Science (FYSC) research group, within the Department of Materials and Chemistry (MACH), under the supervision of Professor Huber Rahier.

She is working on the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research project RECONSTRUCT. The main objective of her work is to develop and produce recyclable construction concrete that contains zero virgin resources.
